Winifred Irene Hough (Miller)

Age 86. Preceded in death by her husband Jerome Frank Hough Sr. on November 6, 2008. Survived by her daughter, Marsha Rowan, of California and granddaughter Nova Mellow also of California. Also, her son, Jerome Hough Jr. of Dexter, Michigan.

Jerry and Winnie celebrated 63 years of marriage. Winnie was devoted to Jerry who at one time was her paperboy. They met during a snowball fight. She was always a friendly, sociable person who loved helping others. She had a soft spot for people with special needs and went out of her way to make them feel accepted and cared for.
Winnie was a member of the Eastern Star. She loved square dancing and crochet. She brought joy to all who knew her and will be remembered for her inherent kindness. Her neighbor described her as an angel.

Memorial Visitation at Weise Funeral Home 11am - 4pm Saturday, September 19 with Eastern Star service at 3pm.
