Age 8 months. Beloved daughter of Kurstin and Shane Polatka. Dear sister of River and Grayson Polatka. Dearest granddaughter of Patrice Olivo (Jeffrey Billings) and Kathie (Rob) Polatka; great grandaughter of Sheilah Olivo and Christy Olivo Todd; niece of Sara Polatka and Michael Todd. Willow is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation for Willow will be from 12:00pm - 4:00pm on Saturday, March 5 at Weise Funeral Home, 7210 Park Avenue, Allen Park.
Funeral service 3:00pm Saturday, March 5 also at Weise Funeral Home.
