On 8/6/2020, the friends and family of Timothy John Flanagan grieved his passing with a heavy heart. Tim was the son of the late Richard (Dick) and Elizabeth (Betty) Flanagan. Tim is survived by his daughter Colleen Spagnol, son-in-law Anthony Spagnol, granddaughter Elizabeth (Betty) Spagnol, and brothers Mike (Sharon) Flanagan, Mark Flanagan, Matthew (Ginger) Flanagan, Richard Flanagan, Robert (Cindy) Flanagan, Patrick (Mary) Flanagan, and Andrew (Cindy) Flanagan, as well as many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Tim was a true NY Yankee that loved his hometown in Averill Park, NY. Tim grew up in an Irish-German family that was all about family and being together. With the nicknames of “Hat” & “BoBo”, Tim’s favorite times included; growing up with his brothers at a home that was frequently and jokingly mistaken as “Flanagan’s Boys Town”, his times spent with the “Crash Crew” at Averill Park High School, and being with his family and friends at Burden Lake. Tim’s talent for Artwork/Woodburning was so “incredible”, he was discovered and appeared on the TV Show “That’s Incredible” in the 70’s. Tim frequently blessed his family and friends with his precious and personal gifts of art. Tim’s family would like to direct any donations in Tim’s memory to those that support his love of animals and their well-being to local shelters or either of the following:
