Age 78. Beloved husband of Diane. Loving father of Tonya Arrington and Thomas M. Lazuka II. Dear brother of Timothy (Susan) and Bob (Roxanne) Lazuka. Dear grandfather of Brooke (Hayley), Kaitlyn (Dan), Cameron and Nolan. Great grandfather of Michaela and Dagon.
To honor Thomas' wishes, cremation will take place. No service will be held for him at this time.
