Stanley Korczyk

Age 95. Served with honor in the United States Army during World War II. Preceded in death by his parents Frank and Rozalia, his beloved wife Geraldine and loving daughter Linda Plozai. Survived by his sons, John S. (Veronica) Korczyk and William M.(Barbra) Korczyk, his brother-in-law, William (Aurora) Farrand, 7 grandchildren 11 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and 3 honorary grandchildren. He was an uncle to many, up to the great,great,greats. Early in life, Mr. Korczyk was part of the Civilian Conservation Corps. Later, he became a member of the W.P.A., the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, the V.F.W., and the American Legion. Visitation Sunday 1 - 8 pm and Monday 12 - 8pm, at Weise Funeral Home, 7210 Park Ave., Allen Park, MI 48101. (313) 382-1150. Funeral Services will be Tuesday 11 am at the Funeral Home. Interment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
