Sharon Welch

Sharon Elsie Welch,  age 56,  passed away July 27, 2023 after a courageous 5 year battle with cancer. She was formerly of Dearborn Heights, Michigan and currently resided in Hersey, Michigan. Preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Bernice Mishloney, her sisters, Dorothy Lazenby and Mary Altherr, and brother Leonard Mishloney.   Sharon is survived by her husband Keith, her daughter Dana Welch, her grandson Cole Barry, her siblings Jerry (Barb) Mishloney, Harold (Sherry) Mishloney, Grace Virzi and Kathy (John) Sabol, and many loving family members and friends.

Sharon married her high school sweetheart Keith on December 14, 1985.  They enjoyed 37 years of marriage.  Sharon resided most of her life in Dearborn Heights until her retirement in which she enjoyed nature, kayaking, spending time with her family and friends.

Honoring Sharon and her family's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Sharon's life will take place on Tuesday August 1, 2023 from 2 pm until 6 pm at Weise Funeral Home, 7210 Park Ave., Allen Park, MI  48101.  All family and friends are invited to attend.
