Ruby M. Keener Stockard

Ruby M. Keener Stockard died January 30, 2022. Ruby was born March 17, 1928, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. She married Leon Stockard on August 12, 1944, celebrating 67 years of marriage. Ruby was a devoted wife, feisty housewife, mother, grandmother, church leader and family matriarch.

Ruby is survived by her three children - Melvin (Sharon) Stockard, Terry Tavenier and Deborah (Michel) McCallum; her 5 grandchildren - Craig (Mandi) Stockard, Melissa (Vester) Bradshaw, Nicole Tavenier, Kevin (Eileen) McCallum, and Amy (Jesse) McCallum; her 7 great grandchildren - Jesse Bradshaw, Anna Grace Bradshaw, Samantha Stockard, Sabrina Stockard, Shelby (Brian) Bennett, Madden McCallum and Brennan McCallum; and her 2 great great grandchildren - Camden Bennett and Eli Bennett.

Visitation 2:00pm-8:00pm Friday, February 4 at Weise Funeral Home, 7210 Park Avenue, Allen Park (313-382-1150).

Funeral service 12:00pm Saturday, February 5 at Weise Funeral Home.

Interment Christian Memorial Cemetery in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
