Age 71. Beloved father of Donna (Aaron) Eskin, Karen (Jacob) Boschen, Erik Frazier and the late Rita Frazier. Loving brother of Curtis Frazier, Terry (Emma) Frazier, Willard Frazier, Harvey (Pat) Frazier, late Charles Frazier, late Goldie Gladys and the late Lee Etta (late Robert) Lipke. Dear grandfather of Delainie Eskin and Ava Frazier.
Cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held for Rickie at a later date. Details of that service will be added shortly.
Inurnment Great Lakes National Cemetery.
