Peter passed away peacefully on September 7, 2023 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife Cynthia, his children Sarah Foster, Scott Foster and Kate Foster and his brother John (Sheila) Foster.
A Celebration of Life will be held on October 22, 2023 at 3 pm at the Lincoln Park Presbyterian Church, 1709 Emmons, Lincoln Park.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Lincoln Presbyterian Church or The Parkinson Foundation at https://www.parkinson.org/
