Michael Hadvina (Papa) age 83, kind, loving, gentle, husband of Adela, father of David and Michael (Christine) Hadvina, brother of the late Rosalie Vegerano and Josef Hadvina. Grandfather of Christopher, Kara, Michael and Rachel, died on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at the age of 83
Prior to his retirement Mike was a dedicated Master Tool and Die maker and business owner. He had a talent in what is now a lost art, to build and trouble shoot Dies. He was a perfectionist, it was either going to be done right or not at all.
Mike was, in recent years, a buddy to his brother in laws Angie Bonet and Jose (Joe)Bonet where they would meet up monthly to break bread together. He would be the taste tester and judge to decide whose french fries or pizza were better between Joe and Angie. He was a loving father who would do anything for his kids. He was a fantastic grandfather (Papa) to his grand kids. What he was not able to do for his children when they were young he made up for in the lives of his grand kids. He never missed one of his grandson’s hockey games or practices or his granddaughters’ musicals. He loved to spend time with his great grandchildren (Elijah and Annabelle) when they visited. He was a loving husband who loved to take Cruises in the Caribbean with his best friend and life partner Deli. They shared their life together through the ups and downs and they were a true role model for what a loving marriage looks like.
He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him. Until we all meet again rest in piece Kind and Gentle Man.
Because of his desire to never make himself the center of attention and his humbleness we will hold a private memorial visitation service. Weise Funeral Home, 7210 Park Ave. Allen Park, Mi. 313- 382-1150 on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 10AM – 12 PM
