Martha Sombati

Age 88, May 9, 2025.  Beloved wife of the late Paul Sombati.  Loving mother of Paul (Teresa) Sombati, James (Denise) Sombati and Douglas (Gail) Sombati.  Dearest sister-in-law to Sylvia (late Arleigh) Stitt.  Loving grandmother of Kristen, Stephen, Gregory and the late Sammy.  Great grandmother of Spencer, Rosalynn, Addison, Olivia and Emily.  Preceded in death by her parents Steve and Helen Nagy, her siblings Ethel Nagy, Theresa Nagy, Frank Nagy and Helen Nagy.

Martha was a volunteer at Wyandotte Hospital and worked in the gift shop for years.  Her main job was being a mother, but she also was a sub administrative assistant for Lincoln Park Public Schools.

Martha's hobbies included bingo, golf and the Detroit Tigers.  Martha and Paul spent 25 years as snowbirds living their winters in Ft. Myers, Florida. Martha served as the President of the Women of Christ the Good Shepherd, Lincoln Park in 1975 - 1976.

In State Wednesday 9:00 am until time of Mass 10:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2565 Third Street, Trenton, MI  48183.

Cremation will follow Mass.
