Wife Dorothy. Dearest Father of Dianne and the late Thomas. Loving step-father of Christine (Frank), Richard (Ronda),
Robert (Cindy) and the late Cheryl (Tod). Dear brother of Frank (Jane) and Donald (Diana). Also survived by three Grandchildren, one great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Ford was the first police officer hired by Allen Park, MI when it first became a city. He achieved the rank
of Acting Chief of Police before retirement. A year and
a half later, he became Mayor of the City of Allen Park, MI and served one term. He was an active member or a past
