Preceded in death by father Leonardo Nazareno.

Our dear Jeff, the most loving and supportive partner, son, brother, and friend, left us too soon at the age of 36. He was kind, hard working, funny and charming. He always had a joke up his sleeve. His spirit will be missed deeply by everyone who loved him. He spent his days spreading happiness through his passion for cooking, gaming, playing the guitar and his pride and joy - being a dog dad. We take comfort in knowing our time spent on Earth with Jeff will live on in our hearts for an eternity and he will continue to guide us even in his absence.

Jeff’s memory will live on through the love of his life of 17 years, Kelsie “Rosie”, his fur babies Arlo, Daisy, Maple and Penny, family-in-love Maria, Hailey, Jacob, and Ann. His mother Teresita, his sisters Marilyn, Maria Theresa, his brother Alan, his nieces and nephews, and the countless others he touched throughout his life.

Visitation 1:00pm - 8:00pm Wednesday, July 31 at Weise Funeral Home, 7210 Park, Allen Park (313-382-1150).

Funeral service 10:00am Thursday, August 1 at Weise Funeral Home.

Interment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
