Age 94. Beloved wife of the late Zigmund Modelski. Loving mother of Diane (David) Brickey, Mary Kay (Jeff) Wasley, Judith Modelski, Michael (Sherie), James (Kathryn), Joseph and William (Kim Van Dale) Modelski. 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Jane are private.
Entombment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
