Age 71. Beloved Husband of Patsy. Loving Son of Velvet and the late Herbert. Dear Father of Brian (Melinda) and Greg (Kathy) Rakes. Brother of Frances Rasnick, Sharon Lemeron, Penny Newland, Richard and Steven Rakes. Proud Grandfather of Brian, Rachel, Joshua, Chelsea, Stephanie, Nathan and James Rakes. Visitation 1-8pm Tuesday.
