Longtime resident of Allen Park. Wife of the late Michael F. Veres. Mother of the late Carol (Robert) Craigmile. Grandmother of Alex Craigmile. Sister of Carol (Ludwig) Putz, and the late William Colmer. Helen is survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorial contributions can be made to the Karmanos Cancer Institute or the American Cancer Society. In State 9:30 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini (9000 Laurence, Allen Park) until time of service 10:00 a.m. Interment Woodmere Cemetery.
