Age 91. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth. Loving father of Margaret (Robert) Greene, Mary Frances (Rick) Moynihan, Kathleen (Dan) Alberga, Marybeth (Greg) Housner, John (Laurie) Schmitt, Joseph (Carol) Schmitt and Tom (Mike) Schmitt. Dear brother of Theresa (Bruno) DaMaren, the late Richard Schmitt, the late David Schmitt and the late Josephine Robert. Also survived by 27 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation Sunday 1 - 8 pm at the Weise Funeral Home 7210 Park Ave., Allen Park (313 382-1150). K of C Rosary Service Sunday evening at 7 pm. In State Monday 10:00 am until time of Mass 10:30 am at St. Frances Cabrini Church 9000 Laurence (at Wick), Allen Park. Interment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
