David Lynch

Age 76, April 5, 2023.  Beloved husband of Patricia.  Loving father of Paulette (Jody) Caylor, Amber (Brent) Crain, Neil (Dena) Grogg, Brian (Kelly) Grogg and Shannon (Derek) Brunt.  Dear brother of Ann O'Dell, Donald Lynch, the late Katherine Woods and the late Danny Lynch.  Dearest grandfather of Anthony, Robert, Bailey, Joseph, Avery, Kayleigh, Mackenzie, Gabriel, Addison, Jackson, Casey, Chelsea, Cody, Dade and Serena.  Great grandfather of Anthony Jr., Billy III, and Charlie.  Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Mr. Lynch was a US Army Veteran. He was a Special Education Teacher for Detroit Public Schools.  He also worked as a Blacksmith at the Henry Ford Village.  Dave was a genealogist who spent many years tracing his ancestors and creating family heritage books that he distributed to his family. He was a Model Railroader, a skilled Woodworker, a highly ranked Chess Player and he enjoyed playing golf.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

Visitation Thursday 1 - 8 pm at Weise Funeral Home, 7210 Park, Allen Park, MI  48101.  Rosary Service Thursday Evening at 7pm

In State Friday 9:30 am until time of Mass 10 am at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 9000 Laurence, Allen Park, MI 48101

Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, MI
