Alice Mae Whitaker

NEE Puterbaugh. Age 71. Beloved wife of the late Charles. Loving mother of Kevin (Cheryl) Whitaker and Erin (John Talamonti) Whitaker. Dear sister of James Puterbaugh. Dearest grandmother of Kyle Whitaker, Carlie Whitaker, Sean Talamonti and Zakary Talamonti. Visitation Saturday 4-8 pm and Sunday 12 - 8 pm at Weise Funeral Home, 7210 Park Ave., Allen Park (313 382-1150). In State Monday 10 am until time of service 11 am at the Allen Park Presbyterian Church (Chapel) 7101 Park Ave., Allen Park (313 383-0100). In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to her oncologist research fund. This can be done by writing a check made payable to the University of Michigan and noting in the "memo" section, "In memory of Alice Whitaker".
