Age 61. Dearest son of Jack (late Mary). Dear brother of Jack (Donna), Jim (Paula), Pat (Danielle), Peggy (David Kilodowski), Nancy Hamilton, and Mary Vaughan. Best friend of Terry (Frank) Migliaccio. Survived by many nieces, nephews, and his two dogs Missy and Lonergan. Mr. Moran was born September 8, 1949 to Jack and Mary Moran in Billings, Montana. He graduated in 1967 from Judge Memorial High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. He went on to study mathematics at Niagra University from 1968-1972 where he obtained his B.S. He attended the University of St. Michaels
College from 1974-1977 and received his Masters in theology. He taught math and physics at St. Frances de Sale High School from 1972-1974 and from 1977-1978 he taught physics. From there he taught physics and computer science at Aquinas High School in 1978-1979. In June of 1979, he began his employment at Ford Motor Company in the engineering department through his years of employment with Ford, he received several recognition awards for his computer application designs. He retired from Ford Motor Company in June of 2007 after 28 years of service. He was a train enthusiast, a collector of trains and a member of several historical railroad associations. Funeral Service Wednesday 11 am at Weise Funeral Home, 7210 Park Ave., Allen Park (313 382-1150). Visitation Tuesday 12 - 8 pm. Interment Michigan Memorial Park.
